I am more than happy to accept returns and exchanges on a products that are faulty, do not match the description, or do not achieve intended use.

In the unlikely event you receive one of my handmade designs that is not to your satisfaction, please feel free to contact me within 7 days of purchase at elledavid@hotmail.com to discuss return or exchange options.

Items should be returned new, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and remain in original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. Please make sure all goods are sent via registered post.
